The annual Top Women in Media & Ad Tech Awards recognize women across every stage of their careers who are shaping the future of media and advertising technology, from executive leadership to product builders, operators and technologists driving the industry forward.

Urquico, Johnson and Fan were honored in the following categories:

  • Buy-Side Tech Trailblazers: Chanelle Urquico, International DSP Engagement Lead. Urquico leads international DSP engagement at TripleLift, working closely with agencies, advertisers and demand-side platforms to drive adoption of the company’s solutions across global markets. Her leadership helped grow International Deals Share of Voice from approximately 6% to 50% in 2025, followed by continued year-over-year growth in 2026. She has also helped expand TripleLift’s presence in Southern Europe and advance adoption of new Amazon DSP formats, connecting emerging technology with measurable outcomes for advertisers.
  • Up and Comers: Erica Johnson, Product Operations Manager. Johnson has played a central role in building the operational foundation behind TripleLift’s global Product and Engineering organization. She developed a unified operating model spanning three product teams and ten engineering pods, creating the planning frameworks, governance and cross-functional processes that enable teams to move from strategy to execution. Her work has also helped advance AI adoption across Product and Engineering and modernize the systems TripleLift uses to build and deliver technology.
  • Sell-Side Tech Trailblazers: Kasey Fan, Director of Product Management. For the last decade, Fan has helped build and scale the infrastructure underpinning the company’s native advertising business. She led TripleLift’s early server-to-server integrations with Google Open Bidding and Amazon TAM and later re-architected its publisher onboarding infrastructure, reducing launch times from weeks to days. She has also helped extend TripleLift’s native technology into new environments through work with platforms including LinkedIn and Amazon.

“Chanelle, Erica and Kasey each represent the kind of leadership that moves our industry forward,” said Timothy Jasionowski, Chief Product and Technology Officer at TripleLift. “They’ve taken on complex challenges, built solutions that scale and created meaningful impact across our technology, business and customers. I’m incredibly proud to see their contributions recognized and even more excited about what they’ll continue to accomplish.”

The recognition underscores the breadth of talent at TripleLift and the impact its people are making across the company and the broader advertising industry.
