Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Savage, Minnesota, Legend is a leading multi-trade provider of commercial mechanical and facility services, serving customers across the Upper Midwest. The existing Legend leadership team will continue to lead the Legend brand in the markets they serve. The partnership was facilitated by Three Sixty-Seven Advisors, the M&A advisor for Legend Companies.
