LIVERMORE, Calif. and ZHUBEI, Taiwan, July 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FormFactor, Inc. As artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), advanced packaging, memory, and high-speed connectivity applications continue to drive new levels of semiconductor complexity, manufacturers require advanced test technologies capable of supporting increasingly demanding device architectures and production requirements. Through this partnership, FormFactor and KSMT will combine complementary capabilities supporting the development and production of next-generation devices. Under the terms of the agreement, FormFactor will continue to develop and manufacture its proprietary probe card technologies. Each party will retain ownership of its respective intellectual property, technology, patents, and know-how.
