RIVERSIDE, CA, UNITED STATES, October 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Riverside has appointed Stephen J. Donell as Receiver over Heritage Plaza, a commercial property located at 5130-5290 Arlington Avenue, Riverside, California 92504, in Enterprise Bank & Trust v. Tarski Group MOM, LLC, et al., Case No. CVRI2600387.
The matter is pending before the Honorable Steven G. Counelis of the Riverside County Superior Court, Historic Courthouse. The appointment was granted on Plaintiff Enterprise Bank & Trust’s ex parte application.
Pursuant to the Court’s Order, Mr. Donell has full possession, custody, and control of Heritage Plaza, including its leases, rents, related fixtures, and personal property. He is authorized to manage and maintain the property, collect and preserve rents and other income, market the property for sale, and retain counsel and other professionals as necessary to protect the asset.
The appointment draws on Mr. Donell’s experience as a Riverside court receiver handling matters involving distressed commercial real estate and court-supervised asset management.
