DES MOINES, IA, UNITED STATES, August 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — EazyWaiver, a new software solution designed to eliminate one of construction accounting’s most repetitive and time-consuming tasks, is now available to construction teams looking to simplify the creation, sending, tracking, and filing of lien waivers.
For construction teams, the lien waiver process can mean repeatedly re-entering payment information into waiver forms, chasing signed documents through emails and shared folders, following up on signature status, and searching for completed records at project closeout. EazyWaiver was built to eliminate that manual work by connecting directly to QuickBooks Online.
Built specifically for companies using QuickBooks Online, EazyWaiver reads existing bill-payment data and uses it to generate completed progress and final lien waivers. Vendor, project, payment amount, check number, and payment date are pulled directly from QuickBooks, eliminating duplicate data entry and helping teams maintain accurate, organized records.
The platform allows users to:
• Connect directly to QuickBooks Online without CSV exports or duplicate data entry
• Generate progress and final lien waivers using company-approved templates
• Pull vendor, project, payment, check, and date information directly from bill payments
• Send waivers electronically for signature and track their status
• Upload completed waiver PDFs back to the original QuickBooks payment
The process is designed to fit into the accounting workflow construction teams already use. After connecting QuickBooks Online, users select a bill payment, choose a Progress or Final waiver, and EazyWaiver fills the company’s approved template with the payment information. For Pro users, the waiver can then be sent through a secure signing process before the completed PDF is uploaded back to the original QuickBooks payment.
The idea for EazyWaiver came directly from Sydow’s experience running Weston Companies, a construction business. For years, the company faced the same manual lien waiver process experienced by construction teams across the industry. EazyWaiver began as a tool to eliminate that routine inside Weston Companies, pulling payment data directly from QuickBooks, filling the company’s own waiver template, and keeping completed waivers attached to the payments they belong to. It has since evolved into a separate software solution designed for construction teams using QuickBooks Online.
