Elseland today unveiled 20 new original titles that demonstrate the creative possibilities of AI game development. Created with AI across visual design, world building, gameplay and storytelling, the collection spans match 3, puzzle, arcade, action, hypercasual and interactive narrative genres.

By connecting AI across the production process, Elseland can explore more ideas, test different creative directions and turn them into complete playable games in less time.

A Faster Path for AI Game Creation

Creating a game traditionally requires many different areas of production, including concept development, visual assets, 3D modeling, gameplay logic, level design, balancing and storytelling. Each stage can involve long cycles of creation, testing and revision.

Elseland brings AI into every part of this process. Multiple AI systems support the team as it develops assets, builds environments, tests gameplay mechanics and explores different narrative directions. This allows ideas to be evaluated earlier and several creative directions to be developed at the same time.

Human creative direction remains central to the process. The team decides which ideas to pursue, how each game should feel and which results are ready for players. AI makes it easier to create, test and refine the possibilities behind those decisions.

Elseland’s approach to AI game creation connects AI tools across the full development process, including 3D assets, world building, gameplay logic, level design and narrative development. Human creative direction guides which ideas are developed into finished games.

Greater Creative Freedom Across Genres

The 20 new titles show how the same AI production system can support very different types of games.

Candy Kingdom presents a fully realized 3D confectionery world, combining match 3 gameplay with storytelling, character skins and environmental exploration. Its characters and surroundings demonstrate how AI can help create a consistent visual world around a familiar game format.

Other titles explore spatial and logical play through 3D Sudoku and an animal themed sliding puzzle. Capybara Poker Lounge brings humor and character design into a relaxed social card game setting.

The collection also includes arcade games, runners and action experiences designed for immediate play, as well as a story game that reverses the traditional cat and mouse chase. An AI powered tabletop role playing adventure explores a different possibility by allowing stories to develop in response to player choices.

Together, these games demonstrate that AI production does not have to result in a single visual style or type of gameplay. It can help creators move between genres, combine familiar mechanics with new settings and experiment with ideas that might otherwise take too long to test.

From a Solo Experiment to a Repeatable Creative System

Elseland’s approach began in April, when founder Phil Liu started exploring how one person could use AI to create a 3D open world.

That experiment gradually developed into a team production system supported by multiple AI agents. What began as a way to extend the capabilities of one creator now allows a team to develop different games and creative directions in parallel.

The 20 new titles represent the clearest demonstration of that system to date. They show how AI can help a small team increase both the number and variety of ideas it can bring to players.

Innovation That Players Can Experience

For players, the value of AI production is not the technology alone. It is the ability to discover a broader range of games, characters and stories within the same universe.

Elseland is designed as an open world environment where players can explore, encounter games and start playing immediately. As the platform grows, its AI production system will allow the team to introduce new experiences more frequently and continue experimenting with different forms of play.

The company is also preparing a larger AI powered 3D world that will connect games, characters and explorable locations. Instead of finding every experience through a conventional menu, players will be able to discover games as part of their journey through the world.

“AI gives us more freedom to explore ideas that would previously have been difficult or time consuming to test,” said Phil Liu, founder of Elseland. “We can develop worlds, mechanics and stories earlier, then focus our attention on what feels genuinely fun. These 20 games show that AI can do more than create individual assets. It can support the complete journey from an idea to something people can play.”
