OneWater Marine Inc. (NASDAQ: ONEW) (“OneWater” or the “Company”) today announced that Jeffrey Lamkin has resigned from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective as of the close of business on September 3, 2026, in order to focus on other professional interests. Mr. Lamkin’s departure was not due to any disagreement with the operations, policies or practices of the Company. Following the resignation, the Company’s Board of Directors will consist of eight directors.
