New workflow actions let HubSpot create persistent AI workspaces for buyers, and write everything the buying committee does back to the CRM.
BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — SlateCX, the buyer engagement platform for the HubSpot ecosystem, today announced SlateCX for HubSpot, available in the HubSpot App Marketplace and directly from SlateCX. The integration gives B2B buyers a persistent workspace where a buying committee can ask questions by text or voice, get answers grounded in the vendor’s own content, and store everything they learned for the life of the evaluation.
Buyers today research vendors before they will talk to a salesperson, and the tools waiting for them are not built for it. Chat windows forget the buyer between sessions, and nothing the buyer finds can be handed to the rest of the committee.
SlateCX’s Buyer Answer Gap Index, which graded 130 US B2B SaaS vendors on the 13 questions real buyers ask, found that 55 percent of those questions get no answer at all on a vendor’s website and another 41 percent get a claim with no explanation behind it. Only 6 percent of vendors could explain why a buyer should choose them over a named competitor.
“Every question a buying committee asks a Slate becomes context in HubSpot, and marketers use that context to re-engage, recommending content matched to what that buyer actually needs,” said Callan Schebella, CEO and co-founder of SlateCX. “Slates help your buyers get the answers they need to move forward. HubSpot uses those signals to re-engage over email and to help sales understand the buyer’s needs.”
SlateCX now publishes nine Agent Hub workflow actions, five that read what is happening inside a buyer’s Slate and four that create workspaces and put content in them. Four patterns they enable:
Give members of a contact list their own personal workspaces. A workflow qualifies contacts, checks which of them already have a Slate, creates one for everyone who does not, publishes personalized content onto it, and emails each contact a link to their own workspace.
Give a whole buying committee one room. From a deal record, a single action creates one shared Slate for every contact associated with it, so the security lead and the CFO work from the same answers instead of forwarded fragments.
Follow up on what buyers actually ask. When a buyer asks questions in a Slate and leaves, a workflow pulls the detail of that engagement and passes it to a Breeze agent, which decides how to reply.
Nurture on what the buyer did, not where they sit in a sequence. Workflows can be triggered by Slate engagement or any change in the contact record like a page visit or a job change. A SlateCX workflow action reads the buyer’s conversation, picks a card they have not been shown that fits where they got to, adds it to their Slate, and hands back the email copy with a link that opens on exactly that card.
The integration runs in both directions. Every question asked, document opened, colleague invited and goal completed is written back to HubSpot as native events, properties and scores, so workflows can branch on Slate engagement, and sales reps see the full history on the contact record.
“Our follow-up used to run on a schedule. Now a workflow reads what the buyer asked Nexie and hands it to a Breeze agent that writes the reply. The email arrives because of something they did or asked, and it answers at exactly the right moment,” said Jayashree Rajan, CMO of Nexla.
SlateCX for HubSpot is available today in the HubSpot App Marketplace and directly from slatecx.com. SlateCX will demonstrate the integration at UNBOUND at booth 53, September 16 to 18, and presents at the Tech Stack Showcase on September 17. Companies can score their own website against the 13 buyer questions with SlateCX’s free grader.
